Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Document Management: Prepare, file, and organize documents, reports, and data entry.
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Office Management: Order supplies and maintain the office environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; associate’s degree a plus.
- Experience: Previous administrative or office support experience.
- Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
