Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner Estrella Medical Center
Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered
24 months minimum of current ICU experience required
Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and included in submission, required
Job Requirements
Active Arizona RN License
24 months minimum of current ICU experience
No Nursys Hits - required
Certifications must be active at time of submission
Schedule Information
Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed
All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days
RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment
All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission
Unit Specific Information
Banner Cover Page completely filled out
Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed
Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
