Key Responsibilities
- Process medication orders and evaluate their appropriateness and completeness
- Utilize clinical pharmacy skills to assess patient medication regimens and formulate recommendations
- Comply with directives of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee/Clinical Consensus Group
- Document activities related to patient care
- Drive professional development through utilization of BPS educational resources
Qualifications
- Unrestricted Pharmacist licensure in the state of practice
- Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and computer skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with all levels of staff, physicians, patients, and other contacts
