About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Banner Lassen Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist in our Outpatient Clinic, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations, and establish treatment goals that are functional, measurable, patient-related, and reflect the key limiting factors.
- Implement individualized treatment plans, providing skilled treatment in a safe manner, and assess ongoing effectiveness of treatment, modifying the plan as indicated.
- Communicate pertinent patient information to ensure the best possible follow-through of care, communicating evaluation/treatment results and patient progress to physicians, nurses, patient, family/caregiver, and interdisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy, or equivalent.
- Must possess a current Physical Therapy license within the State of practice.
- BLS certification required.
