Physical Rehabilitation Care Manager

Work Environment: Banner Health's Torrington Community Hospital is a critical access hospital that serves the residents of southeast Wyoming and bordering Nebraska communities. Our hospital offers a range of services, including emergency department care, laboratory services, and medical imaging.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and create customized treatment plans to promote independence and mobility.
• Administer occupational therapy treatments to patients, including exercises, activities, and equipment-based interventions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement discharge plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with family members and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition home.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure to practice occupational therapy in the state of employment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
