1. Perform radiographic diagnostic/interventional special procedures in accordance with department/facility policies and protocols.
2. Provide education to patients and families regarding procedures and treatments, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
3. Prepare and present high-quality images and reports to facilitate timely diagnosis and treatment planning.
4. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- National certification American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensure by state regulatory agency if applicable
- Advance certification by accrediting body in specialty required if applicable within 18 months of hire
- BLS certification
