This position performs prescribed procedures in accordance with department/facility policies, procedures, and protocols. The successful candidate will have a strong background in radiology and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Follow and verify referring providers' orders.
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures and/or treatments.
- Prepare and present accurate documentation.
- Maintain a safe environment for patients, personnel, and visitors.
**Requirements**
Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program.
National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) based on modalities in which they will be conducting work.
Licensure by the state regulatory agency as applicable.
