This role will collaborate closely with facility leadership to enhance patient care and team performance.

POSITION DETAILS :
- 90% Clinical (164 12-hour shifts / year)
- 10% Admin Responsibilities
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred with a history of clinical or quality project sponsorship.
- Candidate should possess the ability to lead change, inspire and motivate, coalesce a team, is enthusiastic and creates great relationships.
- Foster strong partnership with the facility C-suite.
- Dyad leadership model with an administrative partner who assists with practice oversight and operations
