Customer Service Representative

Banner Pest Services is a growing pest control company located in Provo Utah. With service offices in multiple locations, we receive multiple inbound calls from customers and potential customers, we need dedicated, confident CSRs to answer these calls.

As a Customer Care Representative you will be our customers main point of contact. Ideal applicants will be friendly, professional, engaging, and dedicated to providing our reputation-worthy customer service. This position balances customer service, administrative support, and other team-related responsibilities.

As a Customer Care Representative, You Will

• Operating a multi-line phone system
• Answer and process inbound phone calls
• Create and update client accounts
• Provide administrative support such as filing, organizing paperwork, and other administrative duties as assigned by management
• Help convert inbound leads to new customers and receive commission pay for these efforts

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years office and or call center experience
• Willing to complete a background check and drug screening
• Verifiable references
• Previous experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office applications
• Termite and Pest Control industry experience is desired, but not required

• Possible schedules are Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday or

Competitive Benefits and Compensation

• $17.00-20.00 per hour, Depending on Experience
