Assistant Pool Service and Repair Manager
Banner Pool Service is seeking to hire an experienced assistant pool service and repair manager who can provide a high level of administrative support and customer service with a friendly, problem-solving, can-do attitude. Must have experience in the pool service industry.
The Assistant Manager will coordinate and perform a diverse set of support tasks, focusing on a high level of customer service. This position has a direct path for growth for a highly motivated individual.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and responds to customer inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Assists with invoicing and billing.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Attends to customers in the showroom.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven knowledge of pool equipment/pool service industry a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a strong advantage
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Spanish a strong plus
Education and Experience:
- Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proven track record of providing customer service with a smile
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Work Location:
· In person, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
