As a part-time Leasing Consultant , you will be the warm and inviting face of our community, guided by our core values. This role is sales-focused with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service, meeting goals, and achieving results. You will present our apartments and community to prospective residents, manage the leasing process from start to finish, assist with resident relations, and conduct appropriate follow-ups.
Experience with property management software is preferred, and familiarity with YARDI is a plus. Social media and marketing experience are also valued.
This part-time role offers up to 26 hours per week, including weekend hours, with a competitive hourly rate starting at $17.00 plus commission opportunities.
