Job Title: Part-Time Leasing Consultant (less than 28 hours/week)
Location: Audere Apartments, Phoenix, AZ
Unit Count: 220-unit luxury rental community
Do you have a passion for customer service and a sales-driven mindset? Are you personable, relationship-oriented, and eager for your next challenge? Audere Apartments is looking for an effective Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team and serve as a welcoming face and voice of our community.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be pivotal in driving our occupancy, revenue, and resident retention efforts. Reporting to the on-site Property Manager, you will help manage the leasing process from start to finish, while providing exceptional customer service and building strong resident relationships. This role combines sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving community goals.
Guided by our Core Values, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Presenting our apartments and community to prospective residents in a positive, engaging manner.
- Managing the leasing process from initial contact through to move-in.
- Supporting resident relations, conducting follow-ups, and handling resident inquiries.
- Utilizing social media and marketing skills to drive leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies.
- Contributing to occupancy, revenue, and retention targets.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience with a strong customer service focus.
- Experience with property management software is preferred; knowledge of YARDI is a plus.
- Weekend availability required.
The Company offers:
A competitive hourly range of $17.00 - $18.00 with commission and monthly performance-based bonus eligibility.
