Banner Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the efficient operations, safety, and maintenance of our luxury Community. The Aster Apartments is a 206-unit, five story mid-rise, all market rate Community in the Beachwood Ohio area.
Guided by our core values, the Maintenance Supervisor will partner with our Property Manager to keep the community beautiful and well-maintained while also leading our resident service and preventative maintenance operations in order to realize our mission to deliver superior service.
The successful candidate will ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. We will rely on you to anticipate, identify, and correct all problems throughout the property and to implement preventative measures for future problems.

We will trust in your previous experience in high-volume maintenance work and team supervision to cultivate exceptional resident satisfaction by being prompt, courteous, and efficient. This position consists of a terrific mix of scheduling, purchasing, supervision, and hands-on maintenance.
