Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Banner Solutions, the leader in security hardware distribution. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by implementing and managing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement across all operational functions through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder feedback.
- Lean Methodologies : Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to facilitate process optimization and waste reduction.
- Training and Development : Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on continuous improvement principles, tools, and best practices.
- Project Management : Manage multiple improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
- Performance Metrics : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for improvement projects.
