Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Specialty : Pre-Admission Testing

Job Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM

Guaranteed Hours : 30 Hours per Week

Experience : Minimum of 24 months of current Operating Room Pre-admission experience required

License : Active Arizona State Nursing License

Certifications :

ACLS (American Heart Association)
PALS (American Heart Association)
BLS (American Heart Association)

Must-Have :

No license or certification infractions

Flu vaccination (declinations can be applied for)

Active certifications upon submission

Drivers license without an Arizona home address

Job Description :

Candidates must be willing to accept work in various departments

Candidates should have travel experience (preferred, but not mandatory)

Travel candidates should list all shifts they are open to working on

Orientation hours are not specified

RTO (Requested Time Off) should be minimal and adhere to guidelines

On-call and weekend schedules will be determined by the facility

Thorough vetting of all work locations and experienced departments to expedite candidate submission

Ensure cover page and submission are 100% accurate with all requests noted
