Requirements / Qualifications
- CPR / First Aid Certification (Within six months of appointment to the position.)
- Driver's License Copy
- Proof of HS Graduation (or equivalent)
- Resume
- Typing Certificate (Typing Certificate (Minimum 55 words per minute (NET 55 WPM). Typing test must be within 2 years. No online tests accepted.))
Comments and Other Information
MUST PASS THE DISTRICT WRITTEN EXAM. Applicants that pass the initial screening will be
notified of the examination date. The written exam will cover English language usage, school and
student safety, first aid, student interaction, and human relations.
This position is part of the California School Employees Association (CSEA) bargaining unit.
After a conditional offer of employment, applicants must meet the following requirements :
1. Must pass District physical examinations and drug / alcohol screening
2. A current TB clearance
3. Fingerprint clearance from the Dept. of Justice and the FBI
