Bannister Plumbing has been owned and operated by Brandon Bannister and his wife, Brandy, since 2007. This business began with 1 truck and 3 technicians: Brandon, his brother, Troy, and his close friend, Joe Bob Jennings, with Brandy doing the paperwork in the spare bedroom at night.
Since then, Bannister Plumbing has grown from a residential to a full-service plumbing company, providing new construction, service repairs, remodeling, and septic system installation for both residential and commercial properties in the Tyler-Jacksonville area.

Pay
- $25.00 - $30.00/hour Base Pay Overtime

- Oversee installation of HVAC systems.
- Repair, and conduct maintenance on equipment like furnaces that require constant care.
- Locate maintenance problems on equipment
- Provide good customer care.
- Run after-hours calls as needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment.
- Provide technical support when in the field.
- Work with Sales and Engineering to develop products to meet market needs.
- At least 1-2 years of HVAC experience
- Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a drug test and a background check
- EPA certification
- NATE or Pearl certification is a huge plus
- sales experience is desirable, or at least not having a fear of sales.
- Must have minimum hand tools and instruments
- Can communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Demonstrates Ethical Behavior
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $25 - $30
