We are currently seeking a Custom Order Specialist to join the fastest growing jewelry company in the country. This job will be located in New York City and the position will be based in a fast-paced environment with multiple requests coming in on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurately submitting / verifying custom orders with vendors within a specified time-frame
- Oversee the Special / Custom Order Process start to finish
- Calculate and quote prices
- Interact with both the vendors and the customers on a regular basis
- Checks the status of orders, maintains quoted time frames, and handles any potential issues
