Job Overview
As a Bank Teller Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and processing various transactions, maintaining adequate working funds, and balancing assigned cash drawers. You will also be responsible for promoting Bank products and services, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving routine problems related to Bank products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Maintain adequate working funds as required by Bank policy.
• Balance assigned cash drawers with minimal variance.
• Process official checks and money orders, redeem savings bonds, and receive loan payments.
• Promote and cross-sell Bank products and services to customers.
• Count, verify, and package coin and currency.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve routine problems related to Bank products.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent with cash handling and customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work as part of a team and problem solve.
