Hourly pay range: $17.13 USD to $19.69 USD
Summary: Responsible for validating data, processing and transmitting incoming and outgoing ACH originated and received items/files. Review and decision exception items. Willingness to work additional hours, as needed.
- Validate data, process and transmit incoming and outgoing ACH originated and received items/files. Perform check back of various forms ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards and procedures.
- Monitor high-risk customers and red flags to management for further review.
- Identify and resolve issues within assigned responsibilities and red flags to management for further review. Review and decision exception items.
- Perform ACH stop payments and disputed transactions.
- Reconcile DDA account daily.
- Maintain knowledge of Bank policies, procedures and services.
- Develop awareness and knowledge of potential fraud and cyber threats in correspondence and workflow processing of critical functions.
- Assist with the development and presentation of training materials to educate customers and/or team members in electronic products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service to our internal partners and customers.
- Maintain familiarity of laws, NACHA rules, regulations and general safety and soundness guidelines and assist in ensuring compliance.
- Assist with developing and updating procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with established internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain electronic operations documentation following compliance standards and record retention guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends related to electronic banking.

- High School diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred.
- One to two years of related experience.
- Familiarity with other bank products, electronic funds transfer methods and computer operations.
