Position Details:
- Reporting to: Nursing Supervisor
- Schedule: Full-time, three 12-hour shifts.
- Location: Lake Worth, FL
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1s.
- Label community charts.
- Review charts to ensure MARs align with the physician’s orders.
- Order medications from the pharmacy.
- Observe and verify the self-administration of medication for compliance with physician’s orders.
- Schedule appointments for the physician on property and at the local office.
- Assist with lab paperwork.
- Serve as a liaison between the doctor, nurse, and patients regarding anticipated problems, patient refusal of medication, suicidal ideations, medical emergencies, etc.
- Assist the Nursing, Medical, and Operations departments.
Required Qualifications:
- Active CNA in the state of Florida.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Work experience in the field of substance use disorder or mental health treatment.
- Experience working with patients at various levels of care, with an emphasis on detox and residential levels of care.
- An associate's degree or higher.

- Team-Oriented and Collaborative: You work well with others, share information effectively, and contribute positively to the team environment, especially in high-stakes situations.
