We are seeking a Clinical Executive to join our team and lead the facility by driving operations, programming, staff development, and patient outcomes.  This is a critical leadership role for an experienced, visionary leader with a strong clinical foundation, leadership skills, and aspirations to advance the behavioral healthcare industry.

Position Details:

• Reporting to: Regional Executive Director.
• Type: Full-time.
• Location: Coatesville, PA (On-site).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee clinical programming and treatment programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, best practices, and continuous improvement based on patient outcomes.
• Manage facility operations, staff and resources effectively, balancing financial stewardship with patient care priorities and organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols, fostering a secure environment for patients and staff.
• Supervise and mentor clinical teams while overseeing staff training and professional development to promote accountability, consistency, and high-quality care.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, funding agencies, regulatory bodies, and community partners, while leading efforts to market services, attract referrals, and expand the organization’s reach.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance department to assess and improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain open communication with staff, stakeholders, and the board of directors, providing regular reports on progress and key metrics.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPC-MH) or Licensed Clinical/Master Level Social Worker (LCSW/LMSW) in Pennsylvania. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in substance abuse treatment and/or mental health settings.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in a director-level role.
• Familiarity with patient confidentiality, healthcare code of ethics, state regulations and Joint Commission standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field; minor in Counseling preferred. 
• Certifications: Certified Doctoral Addictions Counselor (DAC) or related, CAADC, Trauma Certification.
