Host/Busser

Banyan House (Established 2023) is the fourth venture by D&D Restaurants owners of Donato’s Italian Restaurant & Bocca Lupo Coal Fired Pizza in Port Charlotte, North Port and Wellen Park & Prime Serious Steak in Port Charlotte & Venice.

We are located in beautiful downtown Wellen Park. As the must-visit hotspot and the newest regional gathering hub, Downtown Wellen represents an exciting new chapter for Wellen Park, bringing dining, entertainment, shopping and outdoor recreations close to home.

Responsibilities:
- Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner
- Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to guests
- Refilling water glasses and providing additional condiments as needed
- Removing dirty dishes and silverware from tables
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining areas
- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a busser in a restaurant or hotel is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and guests
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of food service regulations and safety standards
- Excellent guest relations skills to provide exceptional service
