Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous maintenance experience preferred (1-2 years)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC maintenance
- Willingness to be on call for emergency maintenance situations
