As a Maintenance Technician with Banyan Living, you will be a key player in our mission to provide exceptional service and living experiences for our residents. Your role will involve performing a variety of maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and ensuring that all facilities are safe, clean, and well-kept.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties and perform necessary repairs.
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC system upkeep.
- Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and prepare apartments for new residents.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to uphold the quality of the property.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
