- Manage property finances, including budgeting, rent collection, and vendor communications.
- Develop and implement resident retention programs to enhance the community experience.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure a high standard of service.
- Conduct regular inspections of property grounds and units to uphold property standards.
- Respond to resident concerns and requests in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting.

- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
