Overview
Banyan Search is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investment Credit Analyst . This role will focus on conducting in-depth financial analysis and assessing credit risk related to investments and other entities to ensure compliance with corporate credit policies. The Investment Credit Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the corporation's credit position and recommend changes as needed.
This position is remote, with occasional travel for meetings. However, candidate MUST reside in NC, SC or PA
Required Skills and Experience(MUST) :
The ideal candidate will have strong experience
- Financial statement analysis, credit underwriting, and investment evaluation, with the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
- Understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), and calculating financial metrics to understand financial performance and identify risks
- Experience evaluating investment metrics, and fixed-income securities
- Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, loan structures, and financial risk analysis.
- Skilled in conducting thorough research, staying informed on economic trends, and articulating findings to diverse audiences, including regulators and senior leadership.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers
