Banyan Search is helping a wonderful Triad client in their search for a Senior Accountant. This is a perfect opportunity for a strong Senior Accountant to be part of a collaborative team with a best-in-class company.
The Senior Accountant responsibilities will include:
- Assist and contribute to monthly closing activities
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and analyze variances
- Ensure financial accounting for financial transactions are accurate
- Assist in preparation/review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Special projects as needed
- Assist external auditors
The Senior Accountant will ideally have:
- BSBA in Accounting
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong ERP experience with excellent Excel skills
- Attention to detail and team-oriented
- Strong desire to grow and learn, with a track record of initiative
