Position Overview
Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention strategies. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to support top-of-funnel growth, optimize lead nurturing, and promote The Lake Companies' solutions to discrete manufacturers. They will also manage the marketing team, oversee campaigns, and ensure measurable impact on revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Field Marketing
- Develop and execute a targeted lead generation strategy that includes SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and industry events.
- Audit current lead generation sources and optimize for effectiveness and ROI.
- Oversee the implementation of automated lead nurturing workflows, including email sequences and retargeting campaigns, to improve conversion rates.
