SUMMARY
As an experienced consultant this position must have a strong CSI / SyteLine ERP background specific to the area of financial consulting with LakeCo's customer base, discrete manufacturers. This position will assume responsibility for performing implementation and support tasks while organizing and controlling tasks within the work plan. The ability to lead small project teams or small engagements with customers as well as on an independent basis for short-term assignments with little supervision is essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand client processes and requirements.
- Facilitate client training and implementation assistance focused on the future state of business.
- Translate client's requirements into ERP configurations.
- Identify and coordinate data conversions and interfaces.
- Support and troubleshoot ERP Finance issues.
- Travel to meet with customers and lead implementations as necessary.
- Document progress on Lake Companies implementation project plans.
- Observe the pulse of the client and make management aware of any potential issues.
