We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of tasks, from plumbing and electrical repairs to renovation and remodeling, both inside and outside the facility. This position is essential to our operations, ensuring the functionality, safety, and upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain all facility areas, including patient spaces and common areas, ensuring everything is clean, safe, and functional.
- Repairs and Installations: Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair needs throughout the property.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all work aligns with building, safety, and health codes, keeping the facility compliant at all times.
- Appliance and Fixture Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair appliances, fixtures, and furniture as required.
- Reporting and Communication: Promptly report maintenance needs to supervisors and communicate effectively with teams and vendors.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Location: On-site presence required in Gulf Breeze, Florida
Required Skills and Abilities:
- OSHA and Safety Compliance: Strong understanding of OSHA guidelines and infection control practices to keep the environment safe.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of building, fire, and health codes, along with the ability to manage plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and perform other hands-on tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and vendors.
Position Requirements:
- Education: High-school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a maintenance role.
- Driving: Clean DMV record for the last 3 years; must be at least 21 years of age (per motor vehicle insurance requirements).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Maintenance experience in residential, hospital, or medical settings.
