Position Details:
- Reports to: Clinical Director
- Schedule: Full-time
- Location: Baldwinville, MA (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Clinical Programming: Oversee clinical programming, ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered care that drives improved outcomes.
- Monitor Treatment Effectiveness: Continuously evaluate and drive improvements in treatment plans and quality of care.
- Mentor and Empower Staff: Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all clinical practices comply with state, federal, and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission).
- Manage Clinical Teams: Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance management of clinical staff.
- Collaborate on Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with executive leadership to drive staffing, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, regulatory agencies, and community partners to ensure optimal patient care.
- Lead Crisis Intervention: Manage crisis intervention efforts, ensuring clinical staff are trained in de-escalation and crisis management techniques.
- Develop and Implement Policies: Establish and maintain policies, quality assurance measures, and procedures to uphold clinical excellence across all operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a related human services major.
- Active LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in field of mental or behavioral healthcare.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical settings with a strong focus on team development and performance.
- Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics
- Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
- Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in the field of substance-use-disorder or mental health treatment.
