Position Details
- Reporting to: Regional Facility Manager & Director of Operations
- Schedule: Full-time, 5 shifts per week (details discussed in interview)
- Location: On-site in Coatesville, PA
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, remodeling, renovations, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with building, safety, and health codes.
- Install and maintain appliances, furniture, and fixtures.
- Monitor and respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and integrity of the entire facility.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years
- Must be 21 years old (insurance requirement)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential, hospital, or medical settings
- Knowledge of OSHA & infection control practices
