About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager Team Lead to oversee and support our account management team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, driving team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in mentoring account managers, streamlining processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize account growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers to ensure top performance.
- Provide training, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Set clear performance goals and track progress, ensuring accountability.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary escalation point for key accounts, ensuring client needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand service offerings based on client needs.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
Operational & Strategic Execution:
- Optimize account management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer success, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive initiatives to enhance team productivity and customer engagement.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while driving customer satisfaction and growth.
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
