What Youll Do
- Coordinate EDI onboarding projects, ensuring smooth implementation and go-live success.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to set up EDI connections and troubleshoot issues.
- Track project progress and report updates to senior management.
- Maintain integration systems and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Support billing audits and assist with resolving discrepancies.
What You Bring
- Experience: 35 years in utility billing, property management, or IT project management.
- Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech Know-How: Familiarity with Yardi, MRI, Entrata, or similar property management systems.
- Education:Bachelors degree preferred
