The Innovations Support Professional will be responsible for providing support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including:
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 21 years of age. Experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Innovations Support Professional will be responsible for providing support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including:
- Providing habilitation and training in areas such as daily living skills, personal care, and community integration.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Participating in treatment team meetings and planning to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of resident progress and needs.
