We are looking for an experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at our Baptist Medical Center Clay Campus.
We provide critical care for babies with various conditions; this includes comprehensive care for infants of all sizes with critical illnesses, respiratory support, sustained life support, and advanced imaging. As a Nurse Supervisor for the NICU, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- 24/7 responsibility for the management of the unit.
- Responsible for the quality of patient care, customer satisfaction (internal and external), staff retention and budget management.
- Balance schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- High level function with Clairvia and associated operating system.
