Job Summary: We are seeking a Medical Imaging Technologist to join our team at Baptist Health Care. In this role, you will be responsible for performing imaging examinations, including CT scans, in multiple settings to ensure proper radiologic diagnosis of patients.
As a Medical Imaging Technologist, you will operate highly complex radiographic equipment within the radiology department, operating suites, and at the patient's bedside. You will utilize your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to select technical factors and obtain high-quality radiographs.
Your responsibilities will also include quality controlling all images, maintaining inventory, adhering to safety regulations, and participating in training of department personnel, including students. Furthermore, you will perform various clerical duties as needed.
