As a recruiter for our team, you would be collaborating with leaders who are seeking talent to care for our patients. Recruiters source talent, screen, and refer talent to leaders, maintaining communication with leaders and candidates, assisting with selection of talent and coordinating onboarding.
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree in human resources, management or a related field and experience in recruitment. Experience in a healthcare field is preferred.
