- We are currently looking to add an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to our Nocatee Primary Care office location! This LPN would work a full time shift scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm.This primary care office is located in beautiful Nocatee on Colonnade Drive, close to Nocatee Parkway, I 95, and US 1. There are 4 providers and 2 APP's in this office. Nocatee Primary Care is family centered and appropriate work life balance is always encouraged. The primary responsibility of this LPN position is support the providers and APP's with patient care needs.Additional LPN responsibilities may include :
- Chaperone and greet patients
- Obtain vital signs
- Maintain medical documentation
- Schedule care / treatment, diagnostic tests
- Process prescriptions, referrals
- Begin IV therapy
- Administer medicines
- Provide patient information
