- Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Mental Health Technician in our Behavioral Health Unit at Baptist Medical Center in Downton Jacksonville. This is a PRN Days opportunity. 7 : 00am-7 : 00pmAs a Mental Health Technician, you will be responsible for :
- Provides care to patients in a manner that considers safety, comfort, and therapeutic environment under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Documents observations on assigned patients, Communicates appropriate information regarding patient's condition.
- Assists with patient education groups, total milieu supervision, assists with admissions / discharges as assigned.
- CPI Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.This Mental Health Technician will be located at Baptist Medical Center in Downtown Jacksonville.
