Description:
Assist Director of Development in fundraising efforts. Take lead role in planning, creating, implementing assigned Foundation events to raise funds, develop awareness, surface gift prospects. Administer, adhere, to budgetary goals. Ensure accurate Raiser‘s Edge management for solicitations, invitations, other related purposes, timely gift acknowledgements. Provide support to event committee chairs, members. Responsible for local Foundation Board database, assist in the coordination of board meetings and prepares virtual Board packets including meeting notices, RSVP‘s, takes and distributes meeting minutes. Estimated pay range for this position is $20.32 - $24.59 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
- High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
- Bachelor‘s degree preferred.
- Highly organized with ability to multi-task and attentive to fine details.
- A high volume performer.
- Competence in computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Personable, with a high comfort level dealing with the public.
- Professional demeanor, pleasant personality, service, goal and detail oriented.
