Clinical House Supervisor
Part-time, Nights
Job Description:
Responsible for the quality and efficiency of patient care services and oversees hospital operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Collaborates with the hospital risk manager to address risk and safety issues and ensure follow-up.
Functions as a “superuser” for Information Systems (PIM, EPIC, Develop You, Maxsys , API Time & Attendance)
Addresses issues, complaints, and concerns in keeping with promotion of a healing environment
Serve as a clinical nurse expert as the individual spends majority of his/her time (>50%) coordinating, ensuring and supporting direct patient care activities on the unit through provision of nursing rounds, assessments and treatments
Facilitating admission, transfer and discharge activities
Assures the provision of patient and family-centered education
Care coordination and individualized treatment planning as applicable, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Current RN license from Kentucky Board of Nursing
3 years’ experience as a RN
ACLS/PALS required
