Job Description:
- Will be accountable for organizing and leading team efforts in project management initiatives and other initiatives that enhance clinical and program efficiency.
- The role entails strategic and deliberate planning and management of initiatives.
- Developing cohesive teams and organized processes to ensure clinical, educational, programmatic, and process improvement milestones are met, and goals are achieved in a timely manner.
- The Clinical Project Manager facilitates initiatives through collaboration, communication, organization, and efficient management of multiple projects, teams, initiatives, and support of performance improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Process Engineering, or related field
- Two years of job-related experience
Preferred:
- Master's Degree
- Certification in Project Management, LEAN/Six Sigman/Change Management
