Job Description:
Responsible for directing financial operations of assigned Market(s), including supporting market senior and department leadership with overall financial accountability in achieving approved budget targets.
Essential Functions:
- Leads the Market Financial Operations team in providing financial and analytical leadership related to financial performance.
- Leads Market Financial Operations team and collaborates with System Financial Strategy team in providing analytical support related to financial and capital planning and forecasting.
- Leads Market Financial Operations team and collaborates with System Budget team in providing analytical support related to annual operating and capital budget.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business or related field.
- Master's degree preferred
- CPA Preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Healthcare experience in public accounting, accounting, budgeting, financial planning may be substituted for minimum degree.
