The Human Resources Director is r esponsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to all facets of human resources management in the translation of business strategy into organizational initiative and HR priorities. Ensures organizational structure and HR practices, programs, and initiatives are integrated and effective in supporting the organization’s desired culture and attainment of business goals
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
- Master’s Degree in human resources, business or healthcare administration preferred.
- 5 years operational/administrative management, human resources preferred.
