Job Description:
Executive Assistant-Administration-Full-Time
Coordinates, oversees, and/or performs advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative support for the hospital president, administrative board, and senior leadership.
- Will provide assistance and support to Administration for contract management
- Coordinates and oversees and/or participates in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects and/or events
- Maintains President’s schedule
- Composes, transcribes, proofs, edits and types memos, correspondence, forms, and technical and/or confidential reports
- Responsible for the maintenance and documentation for regulatory compliance within delegated authority
- Coordinates meetings, functions and travel
- Miscellaneous clerical and office duties
- Special projects as assigned
Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required
- Associate degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years job-related experience
