Job Description:
Baptist Health is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Lexington, KY
Under general supervision, the HR Specialist assists with all areas of the Human Resources department . The HR Specialist will support the human resources transactional functions including, but not limited to, licensure/certification tracking, compliance tracking. Provides regular advice, assistance , and follow-up to client departments, employees, and/or members of the public in the application of specified policies, procedures, and inquiries . Develops, expedites , and maintains the house wide new hire orientation. Develops, expedites , and maintains various HR Survey data programs.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required :
Associates degree required in lieu of degree a combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
One or more years of experience as an HR Specialist or department administrative support role
Very strong skills in MS Office software – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint specifically required .
Workday experience is preferred.
