SUMMARY
The Pharmacy Supervisor is responsible for the direction and management of daily pharmacy functions, drug stock, drug storage, drug distribution and the delivery of pharmaceutical care.
Assumes primary responsibility for all pharmacy operations when the Director is not available thereby providing a leadership role to insure the provision of pharmaceutical care and products to neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients of the hospital, including inpatients and outpatients.
Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
