Baptist Metro Square is currently hiring for a Full-time, Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our Supply Chain team at our Baptist Metro Square Location here in the Jacksonville, FL area. This is a Full-time, Days shift opportunity.
Supply Chain Operations Manager General Responsibilities:
- Day to day operational responsibility for Supply Chain Operations for a defined department and entity scope.
- Supply Chain functions include central storeroom, receiving and shipping, PAR Supply, order and case cart fulfillment, equipment and asset management.
- Accountable for financial performance including revenue and cost control, inventory performance, and operational service quality performance including patient safety, supply, and delivery reliability.
- Manages operational projects and process improvement initiatives, operates with a high level of initiative and with exceptional execution effectiveness.
- Fosters a team environment of exceptional customer service and collaboration, accountability, participation, cooperation and teamwork, and professional growth.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
